Information this website handles
Information you choose to send
If you contact PING by email, the correspondence may include your name, email address, organization, message content, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, financial information, applicant records, or other sensitive information.
Limited technical information
The website is designed as a static site. PING does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, fingerprinting, or a contact form. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies
PING does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary security mechanisms when needed to protect their networks.
Why information is used
- Correspondence: to read and answer messages, evaluate partnership enquiries, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.
- Site delivery and security: to make the website available, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
- Compliance: to respond to valid legal obligations and protect legal rights where necessary.
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, the relevant ground depends on the context and may include taking steps at your request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the project, or compliance with a legal obligation. PING does not rely on consent where it is not freely given or appropriate.
Service providers and transfers
PING uses the following infrastructure providers for the public website and project email:
- Cloudflare for DNS, static website delivery, performance, security, and domain email forwarding.
- Google (Gmail) for receiving and storing project correspondence forwarded from the public contact addresses.
- Resend for outbound domain email. Incoming messages to the public contact addresses are routed through Cloudflare to Gmail.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective service terms, privacy notices, and applicable transfer safeguards. PING does not sell personal information or provide it to data brokers.
How long information is kept
Direct correspondence controlled by PING is retained only while needed to answer the enquiry, evaluate the relationship, maintain an appropriate record, or meet legal obligations. The ordinary target is deletion or anonymization within 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
Infrastructure providers may retain delivery, security, or email records under their own documented schedules. Those schedules will be reviewed before public launch and material provider changes.
Security and minimization
PING limits the public website to static content and email links, avoids unnecessary collection, and does not request sensitive information through the site. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards will be used for the information actually handled.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
Send a request to privacy@pingntrack.com. PING may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you, but will not request excessive identification.
Changes to this notice
This notice will change as PING moves from a pre-launch website to a public product. Material changes will be dated and posted here before the related processing begins. The app’s production data practices will require a separate review before launch.
